Please be informed that LMFI President, Gen. Reynaldo Berroya, is inviting all member clubs to join the LMFI Ride to SBMA, Olongapo City on Saturday, August 29, 2009 and Club President's Meeting at Boardwalk Restaurant that will follow immediately upon arrival thereat. The assembly will be at TOTAL Gasoline Station, NLEX (north bound) at 8:30AM. The Agenda of the President's Meeting will be as follows:
- Accomplishment Report of the past officers and board members - Report on the recent 15th Annual Convention of Motorcycle Clubs in Baguio City. - President's message - Election of Officers and Board Members for CY 2009-2010
In view of these, all clubs are encouraged to disseminate to all their members to join the ride. Likewise, all clubs are reminded to update their membership status by paying the annual dues to the LMFI Treasurer to be able to vote and be voted upon during the election. Only the club president or in his absence, his duly authorized representative shall be allowed to participate in the election of the LMFI Board of Directors and its Officers.

Unity Ride for the Environment will be on May 8, 2009 and flag-off will be at exactly 9AM with Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as the Guest of Honor. Assembly will be at White Plains Avenue, record-breaking attempt for the Longest Motorcade will start at Sta. Rita Exit/NLEX and will end at the Bicentennial Park, Clarkfield Pampanga. 
Registration fee per participant is P175 (compulsory) and that is for the TOLL FEE which will be paid for during the motorcade..
* Tree planting donation of P300 per participant (minimum amount), is considered their contribution for the procurement of seedlings for the Federation's Tree Planting project (optional).
* Registration is by group at least a minimum of ten (10)

1) Unity Ride for the Environment - considering the significance of the event - HER EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, issued Proclamation No. 1720 dated January 30, 2009 declaring May 4 to 10, 2009 as "PHILIPPINE MOTORCYCLISTS WEEK". Motorcycles under 400cc can pass by NLEX and join the motorcade. Further details (instructions and procedures) in the use of NLEX and SLEX by small bikes will be announce for the information of all the participants and delagates. Instructional flyers will also be distributed to early registrants during pre-registration period. We will announce the time and place of the pre-registration thru text and email. 2) Tree Planting Activity in Ambuklao - Although the 15th National Convention will official end on May 10 in Ambuklao Dam, where the actual tree planting will take place, this activity is not mandatory to all. Local officials and residents will be assisting us in this activity as well as the maintenance of the seedlings until it became mature trees. 3) Safety of participants and delegates - back-up trucks and vehicles, ambulance and medical assistance will be available during the 3-day convention starting with the Unity Ride for the Environment activity. |

Tel no.: 3324005/ 4098405/ 0922 8206944/09178860489 The upcoming 15th Annual National Convention will have a pre-convention ride - The biggest and longest in the country motorcade will be done at the North Luzon Expressway on May 8, 2009. As mandated, NLEX will be open not only to big bikes but also to scooters and underbones to allow them to join the biggest gathering of motorcycle riders and enthusiasts in the country. It is to set a new historic record for Philippines Motorcyclist by setting a record in Guinness World Records if possible. With Her Excellency - President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as guest speaker, host clubs Lawin Motorcyclists Club, Inc. and Vigan Heritage will lead the flag-off at Camp Crame going to NLEX Sta. Rita all the way to Clark Field, Pampanga. The parade will be a joint project of all motorcycle federations and organizations in the country. All motorcycle riders and enthusiasts are urge to join this event. Be one and unite to ride in saving the environment. We only have one place to live no matter what type of motorcycle you ride and what club you're in. Your constructive comments and suggestion will be of great help for this event.
