1) Unity Ride for the Environment - considering the significance of the event - HER EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, issued Proclamation No. 1720 dated January 30, 2009 declaring May 4 to 10, 2009 as "PHILIPPINE MOTORCYCLISTS WEEK". Motorcycles under 400cc can pass by NLEX and join the motorcade. Further details (instructions and procedures) in the use of NLEX and SLEX by small bikes will be announce for the information of all the participants and delagates. Instructional flyers will also be distributed to early registrants during pre-registration period. We will announce the time and place of the pre-registration thru text and email.
2) Tree Planting Activity in Ambuklao - Although the 15th National Convention will official end on May 10 in Ambuklao Dam, where the actual tree planting will take place, this activity is not mandatory to all. Local officials and residents will be assisting us in this activity as well as the maintenance of the seedlings until it became mature trees.
3) Safety of participants and delegates - back-up trucks and vehicles, ambulance and medical assistance will be available during the 3-day convention starting with the Unity Ride for the Environment activity.
